The Security Department is in charge of providing manpower.

Any time a department or crewmember needs assistance from the rest of the USS Kelly, the Security Department is there to help! Members of Security are always willing to help their fellow crewman and the community. Security will usually be the first to volunteer for any project! Some of these projects include helping members move, setting up for and cleaning up after activities, volunteering for local conventions such as Mountain-Con, and so on.

Members of Security may volunteer for Maco duty. The Macos are a fleet-wide manpower pool which can be activated for one-time assignments.
